About Us

We are a team of highly experienced lawyers, both solicitors and barristers, including a recently retired circuit judge (who was previously a solicitor) all of whom have significant litigation experience in the courts. Each of us has undergone extensive training in the skills of mediation.

Since all members of our team have professional backgrounds subject to very strict ethical codes as laid down by our professional bodies, you can be assured that our service is provided with the highest standards of professionalism.

As independent and experienced lawyers, we aim to help the parties better understand the realities of the dispute, and to guide them towards agreement. Whilst we do not offer legal advice when acting as mediators, the process will often include alerting parties not only to potential solutions but also to potential pitfalls and can help parties better to understand the issues in the case.
