One of a growing number of purpose-built properties opened by MHA, Richmond was built on two floors at a cost of £165,000. Next door, MHA also built a block of retirement flats for former members of staff. This was intended as a place of “enjoyable transition from busy, active service to taking up residence in one of the Homes.â€
