Lack of response to flooding problems

My bungalow is situated at No. 3 Lookout Holiday Park, and the adjacent site (No 2), has had it's driveway dug up in search of a leak. However, although prior to the 'commencement of the excavation' at No.2. my plot was devoid of any flooding problems in the nearly 3 year period that I have lived here, the excavation work now changed all that, and my driveway is now flooded!! I have informed the JRomans office by gmail, but as yet, I have not even received an acknowledgement! The site Office is closed more often than not.....and believe it or not...the 'ground rent' is about to be INCREASED by 13.9 % ......WAY ABOVE the pension increase that the many pensioners on the site will be getting!! I would suggest that anybody considering joining a JRomans Park Home should think twice before they commit. WSHolmes
