Poor quality. Unhelpful staff

I Purchased what I thought was a lovely Silver Emerald ring during September this year. I have been searching for a ring just like this for ages so was extremely pleased to find this one. After only a week the Emerald fell out and I eventually found it in the car, I reported this to the shop and they asked me to post it back to them. Since I live in London I did ask if I should get it repaired at a more local shop but they informed me that I would have to pay for this. I sent the ring back via recorded delivery over two weeks ago and that was the last time that this ring was seen. The Shop has been informed on various occasions and they have now informed me that they cannot help. This shop seems very unhelpful in this matter and even with a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Barcode number I have not managed to find out where this item is. If the ring had been made correctly in the first place then this problem could have been avoided. Avoid this shop at all cost, extremely unhelpful and rude staff
