As a couple who are both in the At Risk category during the corona virus crisis we were delighted to receive notification from The Telegraph for at least 6 weeks FREE delivery of the paper. However we are less than impressed to have Stanford's Newagents wanting to charge us an additional sum of money ie £4.05 for 4 weeks to deliver the paper. I consider this opportunistic and greedy especially in the present climate.
