Disgusting place to stay.
In beautiful surroundings - Golden Acre Bungalows which is the actual name for this accommodation is in an awful state. In breach of regulations, safety standards and mold, damp and a huge safety risk with dis-functional smoke alarms. Dog friendly - but NOT people friendly. Stay well away and do your research on Trip Advisor.

Below standard and doesnt meet the minimum requirements
Opinions are just that. Quality standards that are either rated or governed by UK legislation. Accomodation at Golden Acre Bungalows fails to meet both. With out of date electrical tests on appliances, a lack of working smoke detectors, bins & standard approve size wash basins, this company fails to meet the basic needs. Best advice is to stay somewhere else. Its your hard earnings you are wasting.
