Spent £9,500 on a PIV system in 2020. It had parts missing, and no one answered my calls or emails Sent a letter to Charles Clegg, the MD, and a formal letter of complaint, 18 months on, heard nothing. As of 12/8/20 their website is down, showing a blue screen blaming it on Covid, same screen that was shown in September 2020 when I first tried to contact them. Complete waste of time/
