I am writing to commend Steve, from your Electrical Division, who visited us on Wednesday 1 October 2014 regarding the rope lighting in our conservatory which would not stayinplace. H was very friendly and helpful and patiently tried to solve the problem by using a silicone adhesive. Unfortunately this did not work, and in the end we decided to have the rope lighting removed. This he did quickly and efficiently. His manner was very polite and helpful, and I feel the need to let you know he is a good ambassador for your company.

I write with regard to the recent installation of my windows and doors. In the past I have had a quote from a competitor which I did take as I had no confidence in what I was offered. Following a call from one of your representatives an appointment was made with Mr Atanasio and the difference in his approach made such a difference. He came with a sample so I could see the quality of your product and he helped and advised me through a comprehensive process to make sure I knew what I was getting and the result is I am delighted with the product. I have a beautiful front door and the house is noticeably warmer. Installation over two dats was fast and efficient and my home was left clean and tidy and the windows were cleaned to a sparkle. I would have no hesitation in recommending Apple Panels.
