About
Built in 1840, Ascot House Hotel is an early Victorian Villa and was originally a family home. In the early 1900s, it became a private day school and remained so until the 1950s, when it became a B&B then hotel. Throughout the renovations we've undertaken over the years, we've aimed to preserve and restore the original beauty and charm of the building's heritage - the flagstone floor in the Dining Room being a perfect example - and now offer just 5 Suites which provide a wonderful impression of the original living quarters. They are all are decorated to a very high standard, having a modern French flair about them. Ascot House Hotel is made up of four floors, connected by one continual stairwell, with the Dining Room being on the lower ground floor and the Sea View Suite comprising the entirety of the top floor.
