Who we are

We have Devon Lodges for sale at Webland Farm. We are a quiet family run country holiday park, a few miles from Totnes in the heart of the south Devon countryside. We have beautiful views looking out over Devon to Dartmoor, and we are in easy reach of both Dartmoor National Park and the South Devon coast.
The emphasis at Webland Farm is on peace and tranquility. There are no short term lets or "lodge landlords" which is to the benefit of all our owners as it helps to keep the park peaceful and relaxed.

The park rarely seems busy, even in the height of summer. As a holiday park, with no holiday lets or campers and with no subletting, the number of people who make the trip down the lane from off the A38 is effectively limited to holiday home owners and their family and friends. It is a place to relax and unwind.

All our lodges are built to a high specification that we have agreed with a leading lodge manufacturer.
The lodges include high quality fixtures and fittings, and a superior external finish.
Internal specifications include a lounge/dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite
shower, a second bedroom and bathroom.
The plots we provide, including external decking, add to the feeling of space and privacy for each lodge owner, as does our ongoing planting and grounds maintenance programme.
The lounge/dining area is the spacious and relaxing centre of your holiday lodge. The large windows and the vaulted ceiling all add to the sense of space.
A modern open kitchen comes complete with breakfast bar, plenty of cupboard space and a range of appliances.
Our small friendly team, though not intrusive, is available to provide help and support if you need it as we want you to fully enjoy your time at Webland Farm.
