Another cock up!
I would avoid using this KFC at all costs, I've just got home after queuing for the best part of 30 minutes, to have half my order missing. This isn't the first time they've cocked my order up. I've been trying to contact them since getting home and no body seems to be picking up the phone. Surly their is a manager on site who can hear the phone ringing, but are choosing to ignore me. Like I said this isn't the first time they've buggered my order up. Bad bad store....

overcharged
KFC on tavistock road needs alot of improving,especially the drive thru.Yet another bad experience today,as i ordered 2 Fully Loaded meals and paid the extra to tower up.When i got home,i found that yet AGAIN i had paid for something i never received,2 standard dry fillet burgers minus the towers.Another bad experience!

one of the better KFC's
The good thing about this KFC is that there is a drive through. It can get very, very busy so avoid going at rush hour etc, or you could be waiting a very long time for your food. I like the zinger tower meal with an extra portion of hot wings, Its reasonably priced, also a large sit in area there as well. Never had a problem with the food in this establisment unlike other restaurants in the same chain. Located in the Derriford area of the city, near the main hospital, just a short drive from Dartmoor. Overall one of the better KFC's if you visit it at the correct time.

needs improvements
KFC on Tavistock Road needs a little bit of life being kicked into it, for some reason I always find this KFC quite busy (most likely been the only KFC with easy access in the city and in a area shared only with McDonalds) but everytime I have visited something goes wrong. The first time I went the drive thru didnt look busy and there wasnt more than 10 cars in front of me yet it took almost an hour to get through and then we get home some items where missing, next time I tried inside and there was about 8 people in front of me yet it took 40 minutes to be served, it was one of those situation where I thought if I walk out I would have been served in a few minutes but that didnt happen - and when I got to the till some poor trainee was on his own struggling to get his way thru and you can see the manager sat in her office stuffing her face. If you pull up to this place and there is either a queue inside or out, leave!!
