I moved to the Midlands back in 1980 from Plymouth, But I made sure that every time I had cause to go back to Plymouth my first port of call was Ivor Dewdney Pasty shop. Now I've no need to worry because I found an Ivor Dewdney Pasty shop at the Merry hill shopping centre in Brierley Hill. So I can once again go and get myself an Ivor Dewdney Pasty when ever I get the fancy for one or two.

I love this award winning Pasty shop - it is a Plymouthian institution. They have a limited variety of pasties but each one is of a superior quality. My particular favourite is the Cheese and Onion Pasty. All of the pasties are flaky and light, unlike the new types of pastie prevalent in the new surge of pasty outlets in train stations etc.
