Absolutely discusting
Took our beautiful maltese to Ellie's to be groomed as she had a few knots and needed a trim, when I picked her up I was very shocked and disappointed as she was shaved and unrecognisable, my dog hasn't stopped shaking since she's come home, I'm struggling to even look at her and my kids won't stop crying, no wonder they asked for the money before letting me see my dog.

Shocking
How can you take a beautiful Alaskan Malamute into Ellies and ask for him to be cut short and when he comes home he has been severely clipped exactly like a poodle. Yes he had knots but that is why we took him. I didn't think it was allowed to clip him. absolutely disgusted with the result. don't even recognise him. Grooming certificate should be taken away. Don't touch them with a bargepole.
