Not really worth even half a star! I did not choose them but ordered online from Argos. Tracked the driver to within 5 minutes of my address. went to open the front door by the time I got back he was driving away from my house even though I was next! The on-line chat gives hope but doesn't deliver. At least Argos refunded my 'next day delivery' charge efficiently. Now where's my parcels?

0 - lost my parcel. No numbers to speak to a human. Spoke to someone on webchat who practically said it’s lost contact the seller. This was a week after my delivery date. They didn’t even have the courtesy to contact me to say they lost it!

For the past week they've said they've attempted delivery and they haven't. I even found a yodel courier in my town and intercepted him and he said the other towns yodel courier must have my parcel.. i told him to pass on details of where I live.. still nothing... I used the webchat TWICE to give details... still nothing. There's physically nothing more I can do and Yodel have not even bothered to call me. I REALLY need this parcel. No

We were told our parcel would be delivered at Saturday lunchtime. It's now Monday afternoon, still no sign of it. Depot not answering phones, you can't leave a message. Tracking working on Saturday (driver near our house!) but zilch yesterday & today. Webchat not available. How do these clowns stay in business?

Stayed in all afternoon waiting for delivery. When checked yodel app said I wasn’t in when they tried to deliver and card put through door. Rubbish Sat in front of house looking onto road no Yodel van has been past. Like previous bad reviews no card left although app tracker says it was left. Very shoddy service. Customer service only recorded message. Chat service useless. I don’t understand why businesses use them either.

Have been waiting in all week for parcel to be delivered, first driver delay, then in and out of depot, then they say they couldn't contact me, rubbish, they never tried, not been out since last Saturday, just think they dont want to carry it down to me,

What a load of misleading maybe even untrue garbage.Waiting 3 days for my parcels which allegedly coming each day.Map showed them about a mile from my house with 5 more drops before mine.They leave their phone on b t answer phone but don't ring you back. I wonder whether the CEO appreciated so these negative comments.

Parcel not delivered due to vehicle break down at 16 30 on the due date ,waited in the next day ,nothing .Now tried helpline stuff what a waste of space ,what a load of rubbish this company is ,should not be allowed to operate as the clearly break trade description laws by saying they deliver parcels within 2 days of pick up !!!

Stayed in all day. E-Mail "missed delivery card left". No card and anyway I live in a retirement complex with 24/7 porters so driver didn't even bother to come. Phone line want's to charge you some outrageous sum per minute. I will never use them and suggest E-Bay users don't if you want 100% feedback.

A waste of space, local agent not interested, nobody answering the phone at Newton Abbott, now in the process of sending an E mail to Eckman advising them they should change their distributor.

My parcel should have been delivered on Tuesday. It is now Thursday. Newton abbot phones are not answered and the automated national enquiries gives no help at all
