Our Managing Director and Lead Coach, Kelly Mullane, is a former City Project Manager, having worked for both Barclays and Goldman Sachs. She also served 7 years as a British Army Officer, has completed a MBA and now works as the Corporate Coach for Ideal Weight Ltd as well as managing KAM Coaching.

The business started when, having addressed her own issues around weight loss, Kelly decided that there was more employers could do to support their staff in losing weight and getting fit.
