i've been getting my glasses here since before i can remember. The service is always excellent even if you have an appointment or not. When choosing your glasses they have this clever little gadget that takes your picture wearing 4 different glasses so you can put your old ones on to see what you look like in them which i thought was excellent. Don't bother with any of the major chains of Optometrists in Exeter Andrew Laird's is the best.
