Bought our son his first bike from Planet Bike in April 2009 and I must say the service was outstanding! The lads couldnt do enough for us letting us try lots of different cycles in their car park. We found plenty to choose from and the price was great! Keep up the good work guys!!!!! :-)

CUSTOMER CARE
HI, WE BOUGHT OUR WHOLE FAMILY BIKES WHEN WE WERE DOWN ON HOLIDAY THIS SUMMER(2006) AND FOUND THE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE AT PLANET BIKE TO BE FANTASTIC. TOO OFTEN CUSTOMER CARE IS OVERLOOKED AND PEOPLE COMPLAIN WHEN SERVICE IS BAD, BUT WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO WELL WHEN BUYING ANYTHING FROM A SHOP. THEY ALLOWED US TO TRY BEFORE WE BOUGHT, WHICH WITH CHILDREN CAME IN VERY HANDY AS THEY GUIDED US TOWARDS CYCLES THAT THE KIDS WOULD GROW INTO RATHER THAN OUT OF. A FANTASTIC SERVICE, NO WONDER THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE TOWARD BUSINESS AS THEY DO!.
