We do specialise in Hardwood Gates as we at Wooden Gate Specilaist know there is no substitute for the organic beauty and hard wearing aspects of hardwood. We also are realistic that there are times where Softwood Gates when treated has its place.

Mitech is a forward thinking joinery manufacturer specialising in gates.

Mitech also produce some of the finest quality external and internal

joinery to be found. Our range of products include fencing, decking,

something into each job that arises.

Robert Barlow started the business on his own producing bespoke general joinery items. As he honed his skills in joinery, working alongside other recognised craftsmen, Robert moved on to the larger scale manufacturing of products including gates, windows and general joinery, this entailed moving to larger premises and employing a team of like minded craftsmen.










Through research and development Mitech are now producing the finest quality in internal joinery, external joinery and gates, with new designs every year. Along with these products Mitech also manufactures high quality fencing and other garden related products from pergolas to gazebos, arches and arbours.

Mitech try to put one thing above all and that is quality. We are also committed to providing a personal and flexible service to all our customers to ensure customer satisfaction to the highest degree. Mitech manufactures the highest quality bespoke windows and doors. Projects include refurbishing/replacing windows (including sash), doors and general joinery in existing properties (specialising in listed building joinery) and also joinery for extensions/new property.


















Our joiners have many years experience in shop fitting, wood panelling, kitchen fitting, bar fitting and general joinery.



Our recent projects include the complete building of a Swedish timber style house including a conservatory.

We can also design and manufacture 'specials' such as a one off Seated arbour or a memorial bench that will be really personal to you and your home. Mitech manufactures bespoke garden furniture but unfortunately due to the import market Mitech does not provide a general garden furniture market any longer. If you would like something special in the form of garden furniture please do not hesitate to enquire....Timber decking creates a beautiful link between house and garden, making the most of an under-used but valuable outdoor area.
Decking creates an ideal barbecue area or tranquil spot for relaxing on summer days. Decking can also provide a natural way to make a level area where the ground slopes or to cover uneven ground.
