We're so excited to be returning step-by-step to our real-life groups. Because nothing - absolutely nothing - is more effective than the friendship, the trust, the community spirit and the support of a Slimming World group.

If you've come out of lockdown feeling concerned about your weight, there really is no better place to help you get back in the driving seat and on your way to achieving your dream weight - and no better place to help you hold on to it forever.

While we safely reopen all our groups, we're asking you to contact your Slimming World Consultant in advance, so they can book you into one of our new member sessions, pre-book your place in your local group, or offer you membership in one of our temporary virtual groups. In some exceptional circumstances, because of local guidelines, we're temporarily operating a combination of venue and virtual, where you weigh in at your venue and attend a virtual group session. Your Consultant will be able to give you the most up to date information about your local group.
