AVOID THIS GARAGE!

For anything other than a simple MOT, avoid like the plague!! Workmanship rough and slip-shod, they will prevaricate and avoid an honest dialogue masking their dubious competency. My recent experience involved their cutting into a new caliper guide pin gaiter, of which I was not informed, and my wheel bolts being torqued way, way too tight. When confronted about these points, they remained adamant they'd done nothing wrong. Even as it was pointed out that the correct torque should have been 74ftlb and suggested he could quickly check this himself regarding the BMW E30 model, he wasn't prepared to do this - too much gardening to do at home, but of course he was still right and I was wrong! If mechanics get these basics wrong AND cause damage - albeit minor - WITHOUT FESSING UP, warning sirens should sound. AVOID THESE CHARACTERS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
