About
As soon as you walk through the doors, you'll get a warm welcome from your Consultant and fellow members. Before you go ahead and join, your Consultant will explain everything you need to know about our delicious Food Optimising plan.
You'll then be invited to enjoy our support session where our members share ideas, recipes and their inspirational stories - this is where the magic happens!
Along with other new members, you'll enrol and weigh-in privately - your weight always remains confidential.
The session will last around 1½ hours - there's no obligation to join, but you'll be so glad you did!
