Disgraceful company
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from this company over very stressful period. My daughter was due to walk down the aisle on the 20th of March. Suddenly and without warning her father died on Christmas day. She was unsure If the wedding would go ahead and tried to cancel the marques. The owners stated that as it was 6 days, (Six days) out of the cancellation clause they would not be refunding any monies. The stress of her father dying over the "festive" period with the added stress if trying to contact the owners who were taking weeks to answer emails and refusing to answer phone calls was totally unacceptable.
