Totally blanked by staff

I popped into Ross Estate Agents to make arrange to view a house advertised on their website. There was a girl in the front office who looked at me and carried on with her work without any acknowledgement of my presence. If she had been on the phone I would have understood but I stood there until it started to become a little awkward. waited some more in case she had some kind of 'special needs' and when a good two minutes of being ignored became too much to bear I asked the girl if I was invisible and left the shop. When I told my wife this, she smiled and then told me of a similar incident when she had visited recently. I've met David Sharpe when he cam to appraise our house and I don't think he would be very impressed if he knew this is the level of service his customers are getting in Dalton.
