When I found myself with my fathers bungalow after he unfortunately passed away, I was faced with needing to renew the heating system, kitchen, bathroom and electrics. Bill Heathcote was someone I didn’t know but regularly saw him and his van in the village and around different properties in Newton Aycliffe, I took the plunge and called him, he was prompt and explained what he thought was possible with the budget I had, he immediately arranged for me to view properties both commercial and private. That he had completed and also ones that he was still working on, I was very pleased with his work so agreed a price, he also already had the other contractors needed to complete all works so saving me time. The final result was great I can’t thank you enough Bill for all your hard work and loyalty and I have already recommended Bill to others which I know they have been also very happy with works undertaken on their properties.

We have had need to call Bill out on several occasions for boiler, shower and radiator issues. He turns up on time with a cheery attitude and a willing to help.
