Insult to the trade.
After employing to rectify a substantive leak in my bathroom the initial work looked satisfactory and I was happy with the work conducted. HOWEVER!!! 3 months later the water damage in my bathroom is worse due to the job not being properly assessed and the bath incorrectly sealed which has resulted in water run off from the shower running behind and under the bath. I have contacted them to which they come round smashed up all the tiles and now trying to charge me £500 more. He is now refusing to take my calls and left my bathroom in a state. Also the property below was quoted and paid for the celling to be re paited from water damage. This has still not been done. After asking for a refund for this I was told NO! And rudely hung up on. I can no longer get any communication with regards to this. Absolutely descusting. He is a insult to all you good trades men out there who no how to do a job correctly.
