WEEK DAYS WE ARE OPEN UNTIL 7PM so you can come in after work.

Each session only takes 10 MINUTES and is equivilant to a ONE HOUR WORKOUT! Yes that is right 10 minutes FLABeLOS session= 1 hour workout.
