Kerb Appealz are different and it works
Having had my holiday home on the market for the best part of 10 months and not a single person to view it I thought I would give Kerb Appealz a go, what did I have to lose at only 1% commission? They certainly were what they said - different. There were several other holiday homes that were in competition with mine. They explained to me how to make mine stand out so it would sell above the others. I have just instructed them and already I can see the vast improvement from the staging, photos to the viewings I now have lined up. I know now I will sell it and can put that money towards my retirement at last. Thank you.

My house was the most important until it was sold
I couldn't decide whether to rent my house out or sell it. My own personal agent from Kerb Appealz from the start gave me free staging advice so I could present my property for either market and attract the right customer. I was staggered that after only 10 days on Rightmove I had had over 4,000 hits and many people through the door. I am now in a position where I can either accept the offer that I want or rent it out easily. In my opinion no other estate agent would have gone to the lengths they did to ensure that I benefitted in the way that I did. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling their house.

I have just sold my house in Penzance, I had five estate agents for the valuation, Penny shone above them all, no corporate spiel just an honest opinion that I trusted, had buyers within weeks, then I had to apply for some retrospective planning permission to satisfy my buyers solicitor, this took the sale six months to go through, during this time the lovely staff at Kerb Appeals were very patient , they kept my buyers happy and me with regular phone calls and reassurance, forget online estate agents, there is no substitute for local people who know the market, I bought my house from sellers using a well known online agent, their rep did not even live in the town and was difficult to contact, a big thank you Kerb Appealz.
