Awful. Ok, the place is in an amazing location, and the veiws are second to none.... but the owners/managers obviously rely on this too much.The prices are v expensive, £1.20 for a coke, and u don't even get a whole can! they pour enough to fill ur glass, then leave the rest on the can on the side ready to use for the next customer, so flat warm coke.... The food is quite tasy, but is very pricey- obviously aimed at gulible tourists, the average local wouldn't be able to afford to regularly drink/eat here.The owner has an attitude problem, had the pleasure of listening to the way she speaks to her staff, not pleasent.My biggest bug bear is how customers are squeezed in. large groups squeezed into far too small tables, with table legs in the way and elbow to elbow with others in ur group. They obviously care more about getting as many 'punters' in as possible, than customer comfort.It's a shame as this could be a lovely cafe, if it was better run and had realistic prices.

Beach life, the good life
Who doesnt love the Windswept? Tucked away in the quiet corner of Fistral beach, it offers delicious grub, fine wine and hot drinks and cakes - this is the best of cafe-cum-restaurant culture. And its all served up with a view you can drink in as easily as the sauvignon...Also features some great nights (book in asdvance) including spanish tapas nights and best of all - pudding night. One main and 4 - thats right FOUR - puddings each for under twenty quid! At the end of the night, vote on which was your favourite. GREAT idea!Only downside - steps to get back up to Pentire when you're so full up!
