With no swimming pools or entertainment the site caters for those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday that doesn't cost the earth.

With easy access the site makes the ideal base for touring Cornwall's many attractions or exploring it's wonderful countryside and coastline.

The Area

West Wayland is ideally situated on the A 387 two miles between Looe and Polperro with their quaint narrow streets and old world charm. There is easy access to our site on tarmac roads. It is a level well drained site set in the countryside with views down the Talland valley to the sea. A large well stocked shop is open seven days a week.

Caravan Hire

The caravans we offer for hire are modern, furnished and fully equipped with toilet and shower. Kitchens with electric fridge, microwave oven, gas cooker hot and cold water.

The lounge areas have colour televisions with freeview and fires. Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday with letting commencing at 2pm on the day of arrival and ceasing at 9.30 on the day of departure. The keys can be collected from the site shop or if you arrive late the keys can be collected from the farmhouse on site.

We also have a self contained ground floor Holiday Flat that is available for hire and sleeps two.

Holiday Flat

The flat sleeps 2, it has one double bedroom, a lounge with dinning table & chairs, a small kitchen and bathroom.

The flat is over 200 years old, as it was ordinary the farm dwelling for Westwaylands, but has over the years been extended to become the farm house it is today - with the flat being self contained, it has become the ideal holiday let, it has the low ceilings you would expect of a building it's age.

It has it's own parking space and small garden, with lovely views over Talland bay.

Touring Park

The Touring park offers 120 pitches of which 64 have electric hook up's.

We have good access via tarmac roads and street lighting.
