We have paid listing with 5 major online directories including 'the big one that isn't scoot' We've found Scoot by far and away much better service than any of their peers, helpful genuine customers services team members who have helped us get the best from our listing and who have been fair, helpful and realistic. Their online portal is easier to use than all others I've seen and the multiple directory listings make them stand out over their competitors who usually only have the one website. At present the value aspect isn't the best value we get, but its early days and we are still waiting for some of the changes we've made to bed in so we expect this it improve over time. Scoot have also show to us that they are both realistic about their charges and reasonable when its clear they may not be offering the value for money that's expected. Specific thanks to Anne and Claire in customer services who have both been extremely helpful. If we could get this sort of service from your competitors our life would be a lot easier!
