Susan
Meet the boss, completely 'potty' on pets (of course). Is a qualified dog groomer, who trained and qualified at St Helens college with distinction and credit. Owner of Potty on Pets Grooming Salon & Pet Supplies.
Prior to moving to Warrington, Susan has spent most of her life living in the countryside. Her parents owned a small holding and stables, so very involved with this type of life and dealing with a variety of animals on a daily basis.
Jill
Joined us late 2007, Jill trained at St Helens College and qualified with two distinctions. This is a complete career change for Jill who is a great dog lover and is enjoying every minute.
Jade
Currently attending Newton College
Jade is our dedicated trainee groomer who has worked part time at Potty on Pets since October 2006, Jade completed her work experience in 2007 with flying colours, now currently on a course for Animal Management.
Sarah
Currently attending Riverside College Cronton
Sarah has worked part time at Potty on Pets since September 2007 and is currently taking a course on Animal Management - her ambition is to either work in Animal Welfare or to work with wild animals. As part of this course Sarah has to complete 400 hours of work experience where she will be periodically visited and assessed by her tutors in her workplace.

Potty about Potty on Pets
I took my puppy Oscar into Potty on Pets last week for his first grooming. The staff were very welcoming and treated Oscar like their own. I'm so relieved that Oscars future grooming visits will be problem free. I will definitely be using Potty on Pets from now on xx

After reading the last comment I am very surprised this doesn't sounds like my local groomers at all! I have been taking Penny my cavalier king charles for years now since they have open. They have an excellent reputation, the girl there are all helpful they even give penny an xmas present! They do really care! Its a shame some people don't appreciate there hard work!! I would highly reccomened.

Unhappy with the service.
After being recommended to NOT go to potty on pets, I still gave it a try after I was happy with how they was with my puppy when they trimmed his nails. A few months later I returned to have him shampooed and dried, the lady at start was very nice and understood that my 11 month old was very energetic. We left him and returned later around 40 minutes later. He came out still wet, kept on shaking the water off him an I could tell he was very uncomfortable. Then, the extremely rude lady totally embarrassed me in front of a a full shop of dog owners stating that my harmless 11 month old puppy was 'aggressive' and needed to be castrated! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure I sent my dog to a groomers not a vet??? I'm happy to take advise off someone but I would prefer someone to be more discrete and private. Not only was I humiliated but then another member of staff wound her neck out and said 'make sure your dog doesn't urinate on our stuff'!! That is just rude!! My puppy is well trained but admittedly he is very energetic, what do you expect, he has been brought up around playful young children. I am very close to my dog and I feel that even my dog was discussed!! He even dragged me out out of the shop, when I got home I could tell he wasn't happy, he went straight to sleep drenched! They were defiantly the most rudest people I have ever met. And when working with vulnerable and fragile animals, this just unexceptable. I will defiantly not be recommending this place to ANYONE.
