hassling
I have been 'harassed' by this company who have been constantly ringing me. When I do answer the call, it rings as though I have rung them, so believe I am being charged for the call and hang up. I don't want to email them as they will get my number, but I have received a text from their number and replied on several occasions asking them to stop ringing, as I don't want a loan, but they persist. If this continues I will make a formal complaint to OffCom.
