AVOID AWFUL COMPANY!

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY OR HIRE IT!! They rob your wages with elusive "deductions", decline pretty much all your holiday requests every time until its to late to reapply for them again because it is the end of the financial year, so you lose them. They don't pay you for the ones they do rarely give you and you have to fight and pester them to be paid correctly. They make you work mixtures of consecutive days and nights for 60-70 hours a week and then blow your phone up begging and demanding you cover more shifts on your rest days. If you refuse the manager and supervisors become rude and spiteful and either remove you off a permanent site if you were lucky enough to get one or if your the common ad hoc you get your hours suddenly lower to the point you can't live and its not worth having. Its to make you think twice about saying no to cover as they are always shorted staffed as they treat their workers like dirt, slag them off to other workers and screw them over. They unfairly dismiss you if you try and stand up for yourself or don't do everything they demand, claiming trumped up lies or just that you're "unsuitable for the post." FEMALE workers avoid like the plague. They have only 2 female workers are are extremely SEXIST and put them in extremely dangerous places and are point blank arrogant and chauvinistic to them. CLIENTS DON'T EXPECT YOUR BUSINESS TO BE PROPERLY PROTECTED. The workers are very lazy and can't be bothered as they are treated badly and have lost interest and if complaints are made to supervisors they just ignore it or say they are to busy, as long as there is a bum on a seat there they don't care if they are actually even doing the job well if at all. VERY IMMORAL AND MONEY ORIENTATED. Pay workers minimum wage but charge the company high end rate and pocket the surplus. Your job isn't secure and they will treat you like scum and then chuck you to the curb while slagging you off in the process. Very two faced and backstabbing in the office.
