Despite their claims that they are customer focused and the customer always comes first, this is actually true when they are taking your order and money then if things go wrong.you'd be far better off talking to a brick. They have badly fitted a bedroom carpet and have not returned my phone calls or emails that have photos attached showing the problem with the carpet. I will now be taking to Trading Standards over them Will not recommend them and advise others to look elsewhere.
