Shocking!

Terrible terrible iresponsible and totally disrespectful treatment of patient/s.Nasty rude and medically negligent. This surgery remains closed despite posting it's claiming open.Claiming the government stating all surgeries must close so serious medical treatment cannot be offered as ordered last night by the prime minister.What speech where they watching it wasn't the same one as everyone else,? They have been booking appointments allowing patients(knowing we have all be told to stay at home unless we need to do shopping or see our gp for serious health issues which I have!!) To travel all the way to the surgery with appointments booked 8 weeks in advance and AGGRESSIVELY turning them away allowing heart patients and elderly cancer patients to stand out in the freezing cold I was aggressivley told to get behind a line and was asked 'what do you want" After I was actually told 48/72 hours in advance to attend surgery which surgery denied and refused evidence. I've now found out they are under investigation as I've spoken to relevant authorities,for allowing diagnosed Corona virus patients into the surgery for treatment despite the government's warning them not to! And these to self isolate! So they everyone with serious health problems with pre-booked appointments cannot access medical care. Because of their negligence there has been an outbreak of the virus at the surgery and they are taking it out on their patients by treating us like utter scary,I will be change surgeries immediately as they are nasty horrible people who don't feel they are obligated to tell patients they will be refused at the surgery food if they have a pre-booked appointments and tell tell them their appointment is phone booked so stop d bring requests to come into surgery then deny it!
