   20 June 2014 Put my 3 cats in while I was moving house for an indefinite amount of time as our house was not ready and still isnt - put them in on the 13th and took them back out to another cattery on the 18th - paid 96 pound but for what I dont know - my cats were terrified of the staff and the specific diet we asked for and were told wasn't a problem was not met in the slightest and my cats all now have upset stomachs because of them feeding them the wrong food - challenged the staff to get a response of "well sometimes we just bung food in" on a visit to see them was horrified to see staff hoovering out pens with cats stil in them cowering in a corner when we went to pick them up the owner refused access to our cats until I paid and then wouldn't let us put our cats in carriers instead manhandled them herself and then told us we were rude and were not allowed back But by all means make your own decision
