Life Coaching

I have worked as a Counsellor and Life Coach for over 35 years and combine the real life experience with extensive professional training.

My clients appreciate my ability to listen to them and understand. They like the way I help them clarify their situation so that they can decide what to do next. They include business people, doctors, academics and other professionals, young people, couples, single parents and people from many other walks of life.

I am regularly invited to speak on BBC Radio on some of the many issues which people can face in their private, social and professional lives,
and recently completed a series of broadcasts entitled
“Get a Life".

I work with individuals and couples and deliver workshops in organisations, including recently for a team at T-Mobile; for fellow Life Coaches, Mentors and Counsellors at the Coaching and Mentoring Forum of the University of Hertfordshire; with staff in Government Offices; in branches of the WI; and for the Cambridge Business Women's Network.
For over thenty-five years, I worked as a Catholic priest in education, community and pastoral development in Uganda, Sudan, Tunisia, Canada and several European countries.
This work brought me into constant contact with people of different cultures, religions, and social groupings, who regularly called on my counselling and coaching skills.
In 1996 I returned to the UK. I met my wife, Barbara, at a Salsa class. We married in 2002, and share our home in a Cambridgeshire village with two growing teenagers, two cats, three hens and twelve gold fish.

Dream Workshop

For over 25 years I have been using the wisdom of dreams for my personal development and in my work with clients.
I do not claim to give any off the shelf interpretations of dreams as I believe only the Dreamer can ultimately know
what their dream is offering them in terms of meaning, reflection, spur to action etc.
However, I do help others interpret their dreams and to benefit from the insights they offer.

In this introductory workshop
Participants will be invited to share the place of dreams in their life
Receive an outline of different ways of approaching dream work
Receive an introduction to a model for understanding and getting maximum value from dreams which I have used successfully for myself and with clients for over 25 years.
