Got back late (almost midnight) to find door wouldnt open. We had the key but for some reason it wouldn't unlock. Called this firm who came out within about 25 mins and had the door open about 5 mins later!! The lock we had just packed up. It was always dodgy but it worked (up until that night). He came back in the morning to fit a new one AND complied to insurance standards which our old one didn't apparently. Really can't praise them highly enough. Very pleasant experience.
