Jayne Knight Pain Relief
Swedish massage was my insight to the power of touch. Seeing the effects of massage gave motivation to learn more. From relieving stress and anxiety I went on to learn various techniques to relief pain and improve mobility.
No two treatments are the same, I spend time asking questions and listening to my clients to devise a suitable treatment for them. Although pain relief massage can be uncomfortable at times I work to a specific pain threshold discussed before treatment and use hot stones on particular tender or tight areas to ease and relax the muscles before specific work is done. As told by many clients, it can be a nice pain as it is relieving. For relaxing and stress relief massage I use a heated bed to enhance the massage.
