Poor service and customer care
Staff seemed helpful at first when repairing the brakes on my daughters bike, but her brakes seized the next day while she was riding along resulting in a terribe accident. Assume they may be good for buying but please be careful when having work done by them. I wouldn't use them again.

Always good
Have purchased many of our kids bikes from this shop and also the one in Windsor. Always great staff who really know thier stuff as well as really good selection.

Helpful staff
Lovely bike shop to wander around with a good range of bikes, clothing and accessories. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Buying a Brompton
Staff were extremely helpful. They let me have a comprehensive trial of the bike around their large rear yard and there was no time pressure whatsover. I accidentally damaged the bike 2 weeks after buying it from them and they repaired it free of charge. Nothing seems too much trouble for the staff.
