" We first used P & S Services a few years ago to replace one of our chimneys, they did a very good job at the time, so when we decided to extend our house we gave them a call. We had a 2 storey rear extension adding a longer sitting room, bedroom, en-suite and enlarged bathroom. At all times the build went smoothly, any unforeseen problems were dealt with quickly. We had a lot of consultation with Ian during the build, ensuring that we were always kept up to date with progress and costs. As for the invoicing, the stage payments were very well laid out with every item fully costed and explained. We did add a few extras along the way, which probably kept Ian and his team here slightly longer than planned, also the great British weather was not always on our side!! The quality of the finished work is very good indeed, everyone who sees it is impressed by the standard of the workmanship. We would not hesitate to use P & S Services again. Ian is very easy to get on with and does not try to baffle you with building terms. He spends a lot of time ensuring that he can give you what you want."
