Terrible
Supplied a what was described as a brand new toilet with 15 year guarantee yet the toilet bowl was not a complete/single moulding so developed a crack and leaked into my home! Company slow to offer another - no thanks already had one waterfall. No interest in damage their defective time had caused or offering a refund never mind the extra cost and stress a leaking toilet causes. Would recommend purchasing an item from a company who knows the meaning of customer service
