Terrible service
DO NOT use this taxi firm, their service is shocking!!!!!!! A group of us had a mini bus booked for a return journey to Hitchin. The driver dropped us off and insisted that we pay the fare for the return journey. The return pick up was for 12.15am, didn't turn up!! After several calls to their office we eventually got picked up at 1.45am!!!!
