Unprofessional and unreliable
Only half the order delivered. No email, phone call or explanation on the invoice given. Chased up and told out of stock and wouldn't be in until after the event I needed it for. Explained that I didn't want it in this case and told I can't cancel and that as my order was for a large party and not a business, it did not matter to them. If this is how they treat a customer I certainly wouldn't trust them for any business transactions.
