Should be called "Dodgy Dealers of Bristol"

What an awful company this is! First impressions: walk into the portacabin office to find 3 or 4 rough-looking men fagging away inside the office (I'm sure it's illegal to smoke indoors in a workplace....), along with a couple of office dogs sleeping on the two chairs which are presumably reserved for customers... Anyway, they are rude, unprofessional and frankly I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. I paid extra to have a minor service done on the car but they only appear to have done half of it, the car broke down 6 hours after I bought it, and then again the next day, costing £55 for a new battery. The door handle fell off within 2 hours, the car generally deteriorated just after I purchased it from them. They promised to fix the RCL but didn't and then kicked up a fuss when I refused to pay for it! Do not deal with "Kelvin" under any circumstances. I will be soon filing legal action against this company, they should not be allowed to operate as a business.
