Here’s a little more information about our service:-

• We charge £8.50 - £9.50 per hour for regular cleans.
• The payment is split in to two. £2.50 of the hourly rate is paid to us as a monthly direct debit. The remaining £7 per hour is paid in cash to the cleaner on the day of the clean.
• We are fully insured for the agreed hours that our cleaner is in your home. (Excludes bleach)
• In order to keep costs down and ensure no damage is incurred to your belongings our cleaners only use your cleaning products and equipment.
• The first step, once you have made contact with us, is to arrange a no obligation face to face visit in order to further discuss your requirements.
• If you decide to go ahead with our service then one of our experienced and reference checked cleaners will contact you in order to arrange a second meeting to go over your requirements in detail and arrange a start date.
• Your direct debit payments will not start until you have a confirmed start date.
• And that’s it. Any minor issues to do with the clean you can contact your cleaner direct. Any larger issues with the service will be dealt with by your Spot On representative.
