Great cocktails
Easter weekend we popped into Simple just for a quick drink, we ended up staying for several rather good cocktails and some food!! The food was excellent, good service and a reasonable bill at the end of it! Well recommended.

Simple
Simple is a great place when you're in the Northern Quarter for a quick, inexpensive lunch. The food's always good and I've always been served quickly. The bar has a great range of drinks. There is a little individuality missing in the decor for such a creative neighbourhood although local artists work is often showcased so maybe that is to avoid distraction. However, a great lunch stop.

Easy Night!
A review I stumbled across that sums it all up perfectly really, "Ideal for one of those low-key nightsout where you want to at least pretend you're going to take a sophisticated approach to your alcohol consumption. Simple is relaxed, stylish and fuss-free, offering bangers and mash type classics as well as innovative modern Brit dishes to a buzzy clientele. The kind of place where you start the night discussing peace in the Middle East and end it pondering over which tacky club you canmove on to at closing".I can testify to all the above!
