Pricey but worth it

For those willing to pay that little bit extra for excellent food, Piccolino comes highly recommended. The restaurant is highly cosmopolitan, from the design to the clientele, with a lively, dynamic atmosphere. Expect to pay an average of £13 for a main course, while pizzas are around £8. Wine starts at slightly under £14 although half bottles are available. With amazing food (save room for dessert) and service, Piccolino is definitely worth trying out - if your budget allows. Piccolino has restaurants in the City Centre and Didsbury.

Can be the perfect place 4 a quiet romantic meal, but can also be busy as hell. Food is good and reasonably priced. Service friendly with a family feel.
