Terrible customer service
Unfriendly shop owners. I have never experienced such rude customer service at any shop before, I wanted to pick up a parcel and only had a credit card as proof of identity as they said this would be sufficient. The shop owner said that ' no that's not enough because it creates too much work for us'. When I said I have never had a problem with this at any other shop he said ' don't argue with me, just please leave now and don't come again' Will not be going there again
