Now in our 6th year, Ipsum Counselling and Coaching consists of a team of highly skilled Psychotherapists and Executive/Life Coaches serving both to help individuals and businesses.

Sometimes the term “counselling" is used to refer to talking therapies in general, but counselling is also a type of therapy in its own right. Our therapists have their own styles and ways of working. For example if you want some to listen without judgement, someone impartial we can assist, but if you would like a more forward approach some solution focused strategies you have also come to the right place.

The Therapists at Ipsum are all fully qualified, insured, and registered with a governing body (details can be supplied upon request). This is a completely confidential service.

For businesses: For training and workshops our team is available to travel upon mutual agreement. For ongoing workplace wellness we offer support between 9am and 9pm 7 days a week by Zoom or alternative video-based software).

For Individuals: Our service is UK wide and we offer support between 9am and 9pm 7 days a week by Zoom (or alternative video-based software) and for 1:1 consultations, our office is based in Darwen in the North of England.
